                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SCS ENGINEERS FOR
                   ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO LANDFILL
                   GAS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PHASE I IN AN AMOUNT
                   NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($60,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract with SCS Engineers for engineering services 

       relative to Landfill Gas Management System Phase I in an amount
       not to exceed $60,000.00.
